Quite possibly the best tire and auto service center in Bay County. I wish I had known about this business sooner!

The advice given to me concerning the proper tires to put on my 1982 Corvette was spot-on. I could not be more please with the ride. Everyone was very professional. Thanks for your suggestion.

I really appreciate their customer service. I came by as they were closing. But they didn't just say "Sorry, we're close", like the other business across the street. They still asked me what the problem was and asked if I would come back in the morning so they can take care of my needs. The staff was very helpful when I did come back, they were honest with me. I plan to have them take care of both my vehicles now that I just moved here into the PC area.

I never give top, I believe there is always room for improvement. Now, great service, fast service, prices fair on parts, outrageous on labor and shop equipment? will check all parts for wear and will ask if you want to replace.

In the past, I've posted outstanding reviews of you and I meant it. This time, however, you really did me wrong and you know it. $178 for a rear a/c expansion valve change was quoted. Corrosion also took out the evaporator and you wanted $600 for that, even though the majority of the work had already been done for the expansion valve. I decided to do it myself with the assurance that you would refill my freon when I was done. Brought it back and the dryer was leaking so you charged me $100 to evac the system again and change two O-rings. Serviced the freon and said I had no leaks but the rear a/c was warm. I took it home again and did a leak check and the dryer was the only thing leaking. The high press side O-ring was crushed and torn. The rear a/c problem turned out to be the aluminum block on the hose assy high-side line wasn't drilled all the way through at the factory. I drilled, and cleaned it out, recharged the system and everything was good. I went back to you for some kind of repayment for that $100 O-ring change you did on the dryer, that was improperly installed by your mechanic. What I got was your disbelief in my word about the O-ring being the one you installed. You disagreed but I told you that you were calling me a liar. So, for tearing the expansion valve out and pulling the interior panels, you still charged me the entire $178 for the whole job when I put it back together, $100 to change two O-rings that you ruined on install, and still wouldn't reimburse me anything for your mistake. And called me a liar at the end of all of that. I'm done with your company, though I'm sure you don't care. There is plenty of work out there, no need to worry about one former dedicated customer.
